2. Order Cancellation
2.1 Cancellation by Customer
Orders cannot be canceled or altered once placed, except under the following qualified conditions:
- Factory Defects: Requests must be submitted within 10 days of receipt. High-resolution images or videos of the defect are mandatory for verification.
- Size Changes: Must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
Note: Size changes are subject to availability and are limited to a one-time exchange. If the size is unavailable, store credit (minus admin fees) will be issued. No cash refunds.
2.2 Cancellation by kennethwardrobe
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or operational constraints. A full refund will be processed within 14 business days in these instances.
2.3 Order Restriction & Enforcement
We reserve the right to cancel orders from individuals who are banned or blacklisted due to:
- Fraudulent activity or resale violations.
- Inappropriate behavior toward our team.
- Defamatory remarks (online or offline) intended to harm the brand's image.
Refunds in these cases are at our sole discretion and may incur administrative fees.
3. Refund Policy

- Size change requests that cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability.
3.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind or accidental purchases.
- Courier-related delivery delays.
- Incorrect size selection by the customer.
- Items purchased during sales, promotions, or using discount codes.
3.3 Fees & Methods
- Admin Fee: A 15% deduction applies to all approved customer-initiated refunds to cover transaction costs.
- Shipping: Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit at our discretion.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are strictly limited to size changes and must meet these criteria:
- Requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Item is in original, unused condition with all tags and stickers intact.
- Returned in the original Kenneth Wardrobe mailer/packaging.
Exclusions: Limited-edition, final sale, and promotional items are ineligible for exchange.
5. Return Process & Quality Control
- Approval: You must receive written approval from our team before shipping a return.
- Shipping: Costs are borne entirely by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.
- Inspection: All returns undergo a strict Quality Control (QC) check. If an item fails inspection (shows signs of wear, etc.), it will be sent back to the customer at their expense, and the request will be denied.

- Refunds: Processed within 14 business days post-QC approval.
- Exchanges: Dispatched within 7 business days post-QC approval, subject to stock.
7. Fraud Prevention & Responsibility
- Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure shipping addresses and contact details are correct. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect data.
- Abuse: We reserve the right to reject any requests that show signs of fraud or multiple account abuse.
